What girl doesn't like her phone to also be a mirror.
Give any girl something shiny or sparkly and we go O.O.. Pretty much.
There were a lot of phone cases with mirror functions so that we can check our reflections on the go. If you don't believe me, googling "mirror phone cases" gets you this:
You can see the desperation.
So.. As a birthday gift this year, I got a Z5 Premium from the Gabzho.
Nope that's not a crack, it's a reflection of the chandelier on my ceiling.
So far the camera has been nothing short of awesome. With 23MP on the back camera, I pretty much stopped carrying a camera around. But since I like structured bags I never really used my DSLR anyway.
So anyway. This phone is a selfie girl's dream come true. Resolution for the front camera comes in the following sizes:-
Another picture of the phone:
I took this photo during a seminar using my iphone. xD
For the wow factor, to be different from all the other pink-iphone totting girls, this might be the phone for you.
Unless you want the oppo selfie phone ;)
When I was in Italy in June 2015, I remembered a local telling us this:
There are a lot of brands in Italy that are known locally, but because they did not manage to break the international market like Prada has, tourists do not know how to appreciate those brands the way that Italians do. Indeed, walking around those shops, sometimes the bags cost around 300 Euros, but are of great quality.
The first time i encountered the brand Liu.Jo was actually whilst browsing Reebonz. It looked mid-market, but of course I didn't buy anything because nothing caught my attention.
Having been to the event at Paragon and browsed through the current collection, the best way I can describe it would be that... it's somewhat like Zara, except twice the price.
The bags are a cross between what Zara, Guess, River Island and Kate Spade carries. Good designs, but nothing distinctive (except one black faux-snakeskin and gold clutch which I can't find a picture online of). Materials are PVC, much like what River Island carries, but at twice the price.
Shoes range are pretty much like Zara's, but again twice the price.
Clothing wise, it's like a less sexy version of Guess, but at Karen Millen prices.
So, though my friend (who hasn't heard of Liu Jo before) thought the brand looked "up-market" at first glance, she was eventually unimpressed by the collection as well. So neither of us bought anything :X
The event was fun though :) The customer service crew was awesome, coolers were served, and of course there's a cute photo booth (and they sent the gif video to us on top of the print out).
But unless a cool collection comes out next season, I likely won't have much to write about anymore I guess?
