I'm sure the most memorable moment for everyone watching was when PM Lee Hsien Loong's eyes started glaring towards his right, and he collapsed onto his elbow. I must admit, my heart felt like it stopped. There was a stunned silence in the audience and everywhere really. The next instant the cameraman panned the screen to the audience, WHICH WAS SO MUCH WORSE FOR US WHO ARE WATCHING. People swiped their foreheads, people gasped, they stood up and clapped (presumably because Dr Ng Eng Hen and DPM Teo Chee Hean/ SCDF / Security ran up) - and everyone watching television had to imagine what happened second hand from the audience's reaction. This brought home a few points for many of us:-
Regardless, let's not speculate. Just keep PM Lee in our prayers alright. We can wait for the infographs. In the meantime... PM Lee on Building Our FuturePM Lee on An Inclusive SocietyPM Lee on Terrorism and our part to playPM Lee on our Goals for Singapore's FuturePM Lee on his Wishes, if God granted him 3Of course my favourite is the past one.
About divine discontent (so we will always strive to be better), while having the wisdom to count our blessings and to appreciate Singapore. Always strive toward a higher goal yeah :') If you didn't realise, that's 2 wishes out of 3. There are jokes running around about how strong Singapore's reserves are, such that even wishes have to be reserved just in case something happens xD I love our country. ♥ Comments are closed.
