Yes, I know it's not THAT much of a difference. But we can't all have the hair color we wish for when we have to work :( Totally and Completely crediting Hair Inc's Director Kenneth Goh for this post's information (in blue). Here are 3 common myths about hair colouring and see if you know which ones are true: Myth 1: Do not wash your hair before colouring; the dirtier and oilier, the better Answer: TRUE Yes, you shouldn't wash away the natural oils in your hair before colouring, because these oils can help protect your scalp from irritation caused by the chemicals Myth 2: Using chamomile tea can naturally lighten your hair Answer: TRUE That's right, the yellow colour of chamomile can be used as a hair lightener, especially good for brightening blond hair Myth 3: Products claiming that they're made for coloured hair are useless Answer: False In fact, they're really important! They contain ingredients that will help prevent your hair colour from stripping and will give it a longer lasting colour. I went to the Serangoon Gardens outlet, and the stylists were very friendly, offering drinks and wifi password despite me telling them consistently that I needed neither (and then I was offered food haha) I went on a Sunday, and there was some free space/time, so at one point in time I had 3 stylists blow-drying my hair O.O. Cherrie did my hair treatment, washed, and dyed my hair, and Jameson trimmed my hair. Both are great stylists to book :) The experience was comfortable and they didn't try to hard sell anything. See the price list at: http://www.hairinc.com.sg/pricelist/ There are also promotion vouchers on their website you can download, and till 15 October 2016 there's a complimentary 3-Step hair colour treatment worth $68 - $108 with any hair colouring service. Not applicable with other promotions.
