With advancement in technology, there's no longer a need to undergo surgical liposuction for permanent fat reduction. Onda Coolwaves is the latest permanent fat reduction treatment in the medical aesthetic scene. Using special microwaves that selectively target fat cells and reduce localized fat deposits in a safe, effective and non-invasive way, the fat cells are broken down and detoxed out of your body in two to four weeks after treatment.
I know microwave sounds scary, but the smart device includes a high-tech skin cooling system that cools the skin as it counterbalances the heat issued by the microwaves. This protects the derma, and ensures patient comfort while reducing risks, inflammation and side effects. If you compare this technology to Radiofrequency (RF) treatments that are still being offered at most places, the ONDA Coolwaves is definitely more effective at targeting fat cells.
I was advised that there may be some heating sensation and to tell them if the pain is unbearable. Honestly I only felt it getting warm after around 15 minutes into the treatment. And you can see in the video below that my skin wasn't red. The "hot-zone" was deeper inside while my skin remained cool, which reassured me that the treatment was targeting the subcutaneous fat.
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmical massage treatment performed to stimulate the circulation of lymph fluid around the body. This helps to rapidly speed up the removal of wastes and toxins from a sluggish lymphatic system. And I didn't even know it was included in the treatment! It's meant to help the detoxing process that's supposed to happen in the two to four weeks following treatment where the fat cells are broken down and passes through our body naturally.
There was no downtime, and the warm feeling dissipated after 30 minutes (before I got home).
Coolwaves targets 3 main body concerns, namely adipose fat cells, cellulite and skin laxity.
The treatment has been tested extensively and if you refer to the three provided images above (also scanned), the number of sessions and the post-treatment detox process and results differ from person to person.

This is the second time we've been to Hana K Food at Novena Velocity, both times because there's race pack collection, and we went to True Fitness and worked out before this meal to feel less guilty.
Got loads of people asking about it after I posted the instastory (and tagged the location), so I figured it wouldn't hurt putting this review out here.
Prices aren't unreasonable considering it's a restaurant, so it's pretty decent.
All in all, I felt that Hana K Food isn't really "commercialised" even though it's a restaurant. Kind of like how Ootoya is like home cooked Japanese food, this really feels like Homey Korean Food that's not too pretentious. They of course have the wide range of ramyeon, army stew, other soups etc, but they don't have barbecued meats or fried chicken etc. Very healthy.
Also, the entire restaurant was full of Korean patrons other than us. Staff were also Korean. That gets them the authentic Korean food stamp of approval isn't it?
The one I went to was at:
#02-25 Velocity @ Novena Square, 238 Thomson Rd, Singapore 307683
It's at a corner near the Adidas outlet store.
And there's another at
i12 Katong, so knock yourself out at this healthy Korean home-cooked food place!
3. 7 Premium Oils
Purely oils and no water for skin nourishment and makeup removal
Specially formulated for ultra sensitive skin after extensive testing
Interesting thing about it is it's legit pure oil, so there's no need to shake the bottle to mix whatever is inside the remover like the ones I've tried in the past. For unbeknownst-to-me reasons it also feels less oily compared to the shake-mixed kind of oil cleansers.
The pros: It doesn't have any chemical smells, is an All-in-One cleaner that does Deep cleansing, Sebum control and Moisture Balance. After I applied it was able to easily remove waterproof makeup.
Cons: Probably just me, but also just like the other oil cleansers I have tried, the oil gets into my eyes and coats my contact lenses. I'm probably just clumsier than the average person.
All in all, a good and light oil cleanser!
It's available at Waseyo website both in full sized and trial!
